Each bundle is meticulously prepared by wrapping it with anti-rust paper and applying a light oil coating. We then securely wrap the bundle in plastic film and place it on a metallic pallet. These meticulously packaged bundles are then loaded into standard sea-worthy containers for transportation.
In terms of container load, a 20-feet container can accommodate up to 25 tons of coils with a length of under 5.8m. For longer coils, up to 11.8m in length, a 40-feet container can be used to load 25 tons of coils. These container sizes allow for efficient transportation of our high-quality products.
