Product Features

• Hot rolled material undergoes annealing in a cold rolled annealing furnace and is then pickled in acid.
• All mill rolls are grinded on precision grinding machines and properly chamfered after the first shift operation.
• Sheets are pickled in different tanks and dried on a brush roll machine before dispatch.
• These sheets are again annealed and sent to a straightening machine for further processing.
• Inspection is conducted at various stages by experienced staff to ensure quality control throughout the internal process.
